Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership rights to the final deliverables as outlined in their project agreement. However, Nexiq Media retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Any tools, frameworks, templates, or proprietary processes used during a project remain the intellectual property of Nexiq Media.

Payment & Billing

Payment terms for all projects are specified in the individual project agreement or invoice. General terms include:

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless stated otherwise
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST as applicable in India)

Refunds are only provided as per the terms in the project agreement. Deposits for work already commenced are generally non-refundable.

Confidentiality

We understand that clients share sensitive business information with us. Nexiq Media agrees to keep all client information strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without written consent, except where required by law.

Similarly, clients agree not to disclose proprietary tools, processes, or internal information shared by Nexiq Media during the engagement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, Nexiq Media makes no guarantees regarding:

• Specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes from SEO or marketing services
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of delivered websites
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party tools or platforms used

Results from digital marketing services may vary based on industry, competition, and market conditions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexiq Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in any matter related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:

• All work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced
• The client will receive all completed deliverables upon settlement of outstanding payments
• Nexiq Media reserves the right to retain deposits for work already commenced

Nexiq Media may suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Changes to Terms

Nexiq Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
